Scope for website and services
1. Scope of Services
Cloud Dream Team GmbH provides consulting, architecture and implementation services for Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, modern workplace solutions and cybersecurity. We may also sell Microsoft 365 licences, Azure subscriptions and other third-party IT products or hardware as a reseller. We do not develop or host proprietary products.
2. Consulting and Product Services
- Cloud consulting, architectural design and implementation in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Implementation and support for modern workplace and cybersecurity solutions.
- Resale of third-party licences, subscriptions and hardware.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and relevant information necessary to fulfil the scope of services.
- Ensuring that the required infrastructure and permissions are available.
- Compliance with applicable data protection and legal regulations when using third-party cloud platforms.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information designated as confidential, or reasonably understood to be confidential, private and secure. This includes business plans, customer data, project-specific details and technical information. It excludes information that becomes public without breach, was known before disclosure, was independently developed or was rightfully obtained from a third party without restriction.
Neither party may use or disclose the other party's confidential information except for providing or receiving the agreed services.
5. Publicity
The customer grants Cloud Dream Team GmbH the right to use their name and logo solely as a reference in marketing materials, on our website and in company presentations. No project-specific, confidential or customer-sensitive information will be included. The reference does not imply endorsement or sponsorship and may be withdrawn at any time in writing.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
We provide our consulting and product services with due care based on current industry standards and best practices. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the operational performance of third-party cloud services such as Microsoft 365 or Azure. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from third-party services or products to the extent permitted by law.
